تمایلها همراه با پریشانی ذهنی نیستند به عنوان اختلال محسوب نمیشوند.
البته بسیاری از افرادی که علاقههای فتیشگونه دارند یا
تحت تاثیر پارافیلیا هستند، پریشانی خاصی را تجربه نکرده و به خود
